Lately He has been speaking to me about finances. God loves to bless His kids. I am reminded of the widow who could gave all she had while the rich gave an insignificant portion of what they had. (Mark 12:41-44). God isn't impressed with how much you can give. It is the heart of the gift, the love and unselfishness behind it. In 2 Kings 4:1-7, a widow received the blessing of a mighty God, but it wasn't free. It took what she already had (all of it) mixed with a little bit of faith.

     You want the recipe for life? here it is… God, what you have, and a little bit of faith. I don't mean give everything in money... it says in the word to give what you can. But give God yourself and everything, including your finances, will be blessed. Remember, our Daddy owns the land on a thousand hills and His paving material is gold. He can and will bless you. All you've got to do is give him all of you and a little bit of faith.
