WOW!

     Where do I start?

     I first have to give the Lord all the glory and praise for opening this huge opportunity for me. I am still awestruck how the Lord has chosen me as a vessel to be used for STAND. The position I have accepted is titled as President of the Lamar chapter of STAND318. Not understanding exactly why God has placed this opportunity in my lap, I am ready and willing to do my absolute best in leading STAND to a new level with Christ.

     This position is definitely not based on worth or merit, yet humbly I accept His calling. He has truly shown me His awesome and never-ending love that simply cannot be put into words. I’m so excited that the Lord can use someone like me, to glorify His name. This year is not going to be about what I can do for STAND, but what the Lord can do through me. He has called my number and I’m ready to be obedient, and submit to His will for my life. I believe God is going to do new and different things like we have never seen before.

     I encourage you to take part in STAND318 this year. You will have the opportunity to see and witness supernatural, outrageous phenomena. I covet your prayers as I pray for God’s direction for STAND this year. Recently, I have heard many different people preaching and speaking on and about Peter. It is now our turn, at STAND to be like Peter and step out of the boat. The Lord is going to “rock the house”; and our house is STAND 318 at Lamar University. Don’t miss the boat…come be a part of what God is doing!!
